Brad Jones
With over 25 years of executive leadership experience, Brad has excelled in advisory roles across corporate, association, and nonprofit sectors, including serving as a Chief of Staff on Capitol Hill. His work spans a variety of policy areas, emphasizing government relations and lobbying strategies.
After earning his MBA from Southern Methodist University, Brad began his career as an investment banker for Credit Suisse, building a strong foundation in business development. He also holds a BA from the University of North Carolina, where he developed his skills as a strategic leader capable of initiating teams from the ground up.
In his spare time, Brad contributes to the community by serving on the boards of several local and national nonprofits. He enjoys hiking, coaching kids' sports, tutoring French and Math, and spending time with Trixie the WonderDog, all while maintaining a keen focus on public relations.
Sarah Jones
A seasoned executive management and operations professional, Sarah specializes in helping small businesses launch, scale, and build strong operational foundations.
With early career experience on Capitol Hill, Sarah brings a deep understanding of leadership, organization, and strategic coordination.
Sarah has served as an Executive Assistant to a Fortune 500 CEO, as Chief of Staff for emerging companies and severall Congress Members, guiding founders through startup operations, vendor development, and business infrastructure.
Trixie The WonderDog
Faithful assistant. Found on a Southern highway, Trixie bootstrapped to become a WonderDog. B.A. from the School of Hard Knocks. She aims to provide top-notch client services and protection from squirrels .
